The robot marshaling device automatically detects the state of the packages through the control system,so as to allocate the robot hand to grab the packages and move them to the corresponding position,so that the box can complete a certain arrangement. Manipulator can be adapted to a variety of packaging forms and patterns, arrangement can be changed independently.

Robot Vision systems are used to identify, inspect or locate an object. Our 3D camera is with the common applications in Volume measurement,To depalletizing, high speed picking , and loading, quality inspection, and robot guidance.
It is ok for fixing mounting, guiding rail mounting and also mounting on Manipulator to get the balance between accuracy and visual field.

Our 3D camera achieves sub millimeter accuracy, perfectly captures the details of the gap, and is especially suitable for the stacking scene without prior information. For the complex situations such as tilt, stacking, small height difference and so on, the perfect camera with high speed and high precision can well meet the needs of the scene. For large goods with non box shape, our camera can collect rich point cloud data, providing comprehensive support for accurate identification of intelligent algorithms.
The intelligent algorithm can recognize and segment all kinds of storage commodity shape adaptively, such as box, sack, barrel and so on. For tight fitting, inclined stacking, stacking and other complex situations, intelligent recognition processing is carried out.
